One user, one organisation (today)

Each user belongs to exactly one organisation in the platform. The organisation is the tenant boundary — all data (AWS connections, documents, conversations, reports) is scoped to it.

Multi-organisation membership (one user across several orgs) is on the roadmap; not in the product yet.

Signing up

Go to app.kashilabs.ai/signup (opens in a new tab).

You'll need:

  • A work email (free-mail domains like gmail, yahoo, outlook are rejected at signup). This is how organisations are auto-grouped — two people with the same email domain land in the same org.
  • A password (12+ chars).

The first person from a given email domain to sign up automatically creates the organisation and becomes its admin. Subsequent signups from the same domain join as members.

Inviting teammates

Workspace → Team → Invite member.

The invited person needs to use the same email domain. If their address is @othercorp.com and your org is @yourcorp.com, the invite is rejected.

You can change a member's role any time from the same page.

Removing teammates

Workspace → Team → "remove" next to a member.

Removal is immediate. The removed user can no longer sign in. Their historical actions (uploaded documents, chat conversations, run reports) stay with the organisation — they don't follow the user out.

2FA (TOTP)

Optional in early-access, will become required once we move out of it.

Workspace → Account → Two-factor authentication → "Set up 2FA" to enrol. Scan the QR with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, Bitwarden). After enrolment every sign-in asks for the 6-digit code.

If you lose the device with your authenticator: email manish.gaud@bhavitech.com from the email address on your account. We'll verify and clear the TOTP secret so you can re-enrol from a new device.

Forgot password

There's no public reset flow yet (deliberately — early-access). Email us and we'll reset it for you within a business day.
